Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Simple 6 ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
Description of Service
Simple 6 is a diet and nutrition application designed to help busy professionals and parents achieve their health goals through a simplified 6-serving framework. Our service provides personalized calorie and protein targets, meal tracking, restaurant meal combinations, and health data integration.
User Accounts
- Account creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Account activity: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Age requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to use Simple 6
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Simple 6 only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
- Share content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other automated means to access the service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Scrape, mine, or harvest data from the App or Website
- Use the App to develop a competing product

Simple 6 is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider before starting any diet program.
- No medical advice: The information provided is for educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice
- Individual results: Results may vary based on individual circumstances, health conditions, and adherence to the program
- Health conditions: Consult with your doctor before using Simple 6 if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications
- Assumption of risk: You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with using our service
Nutritional information for restaurant menu items is provided as-is and may vary by location, preparation method, and ingredient availability. Simple 6 is not responsible for discrepancies between displayed nutritional data and actual nutritional content.
Subscription and Payment Terms
Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Automatic renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for another period of the same duration at the then-current subscription price
- Renewal charge: Your payment method will be automatically charged within 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period
- Price changes: Subscription pricing is subject to change. If the price changes, you will be notified in advance. The new price will apply to your next renewal period unless you cancel before the renewal date
Cancellation Policy
- How to cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
- Cancellation timing: To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your subscription renewal date
- Effect of cancellation: If you cancel, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current paid subscription period. After that, your account will revert to limited functionality
- No partial refunds: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period
Payment Terms
- Payment processing: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Simple 6 does not directly collect or store your payment information
- Accepted payment methods: Payment methods accepted are determined by the app store platform
- Currency: Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). If you are located outside the United States, your payment may be converted to your local currency by the app store at the current exchange rate
- Failed payments: If your payment method fails, the app store may attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled
- Billing disputes: For billing disputes or refund requests, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support, as they handle all payment processing for in-app subscriptions
Refund Policy
- App store refunds: Refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as they process all subscription payments. Simple 6 does not process refunds directly
- Eligibility: Refund eligibility is determined by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies
User Content
By submitting content to Simple 6 (including weigh-in data, food logs, and feedback), you retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Our content: Simple 6 and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Simple 6 LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
- Trademarks: Simple 6, our logo, and other marks are our trademarks and may not be used without permission
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Simple 6, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
Service Availability
- Uptime: We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects service availability
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service
- Updates: We may update the app and its features from time to time
Disclaimer of Warranties
SIMPLE 6 IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any nutritional information, calorie calculations, or health-related data provided by the App.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMPLE 6 LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR HEALTH, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
- Direct damages: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
- Health outcomes: We are not liable for any health outcomes, weight loss results, or medical issues
- Third-party content: We are not responsible for third-party content or services integrated with Simple 6
- Data loss: We are not liable for any loss of data, though we maintain reasonable backup procedures
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simple 6 LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
Termination
- By you: You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
- Effect of termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
- Data retention: We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
Dispute Resolution
- Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions
- Informal resolution: We encourage contacting us first to resolve disputes informally
- Arbitration: Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings
- Class action waiver: You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of Simple 6 after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
