Your Right to Data Deletion
At Simple 6 LLC ("Simple 6," "we," "our," or "us"), we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your Simple 6 account and all associated personal data at any time.
What Data We Store
When you use Simple 6, we may store the following data associated with your account:
- Account information (name, email address)
- Health and fitness data (weight, height, age, dietary preferences, meal tracking, step count)
- Weigh-in history
- Search history (food and restaurant searches)
- Usage and analytics data
- Support communications

How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, you can use any of the following methods:
Option 1: Delete Your Account in the App
- Open the Simple 6 app
- Go to Settings
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your request
Option 2: Email Us
Send an email to help@simple6.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Simple 6 account.
What Happens After Your Request
- We will verify your identity to protect your account
- All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
- Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., financial transaction records for tax compliance)
Data from Facebook Login
If you signed up or logged in using Facebook, we may have received your name and email address from Facebook. When you request data deletion, all data received from Facebook will be deleted along with the rest of your account data.
You can also manage or revoke Simple 6's access to your Facebook data through your Facebook App Settings.
